Horsemanship

Campers entering 2nd through 8th Grade

Ebony & Zach

Sessions are 1 through 8 weeks.

Camp Hours: 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM  (Extended Day is also available 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM)

For over 10 years, Campers have learned English-Style Horsemanship at "Robin Wall’s Rancho Rio Verde Riding Club" in Long Beach.

The group will ride each day Monday through Friday mornings. Friday afternoons campers enjoy theme days and special events.

Campers enrolled in PBC’s Horsemanship Camp begin each day at the Marymount Campsite with our all camp morning “Round Up”.

After Round-Up, the horsemanship group will immediately travel by camp van to the stables. Campers receive a PBC Horsemanship workbook, learn English-style riding, tack, riding safety, equestrian grooming and care.

Following their morning at the stable riders return to camp and participate in daily camp activities and swim lessons. Multiple weeks are encouraged for those campers interested in learning more advanced skills..
